We would like to answer some pressing questions about the symptoms of Ichthyosis and the genetic variants known to cause them in Golden Retrievers. Therefore, we need some details about dogs, that have been tested for Ichthyosis genetically through Laboklin (tests are performed in a partner laboratory). Dogs with the affected genotype Ich/Ich are of special interest for this study.

The anonymised data will be evaluated and published in 2018.

If you are an owner or veterinarian of a Golden Retriever, that has been tested for Ichthyosis, we would kindly invite you to take the time and answer our questionnaire:

We are going to draw ten winners of an Amazon voucher (20,00 €) from all participants that take part in the study until end of December 2017 to thank you for your help.

We need your help for this project. Your participation counts!

Please feel free to contact us for further questions or information!

best regards,

Team LABOGEN
